Dead horse hanging in a tree 6 months after Hurricane Katrina destroyed all of Plaquemins Parish south of New Orleans. The eye of Hurricane Katrina came directly over this area pushing a wall of water 20 feet high destroying almost everything. The Shrimping and fishing industry here was almost completely wiped out.
