Dow Chemical, is among many companies that produced the toxic Agent Orange used by American forces during the Vietnam War, being sued by Vietnamese victims. The lawsuit filed January 30, 2004 represented three victims and named 10 U.S. manufacturers, believed to include Dow Chemical. Over one million Vietnamese people, are believed to suffer from the devastating deformities and birth defects from the defoliant.
